1. Products & Licenses
All products are digital software license keys. Each key is for one device and one user unless explicitly stated otherwise. Licenses are non-transferable unless labeled "Retail."
2. Delivery
License keys are delivered by email within 15–60 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods.
3. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for keys that cannot be activated after our support team has attempted to assist. Successfully activated keys are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, or share license keys. You may not use our products for illegal purposes or circumvent Microsoft's licensing terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
SoftDeal's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
